Quality Assurance

Four on-site quality inspections: Pre-Footing, Pre-Slab, Pre-Framing and Post-Framing are conducted on every project to ensure adherence to procedure and proactively address potential problems. Digital photography is used to document the construction process per lot, providing a permanent record of the structural integrity of our product.

Jobsite Safety

Our OSHA compliant safety program includes additional NAHB training specifically designed for residential construction. Sixty-point inspections are conducted weekly to verify compliance on your jobsite. The Royal Safety School is in session every Friday, giving specialized training courses to new-hires, safety violators and crew leaders.

Building Green

To reduce our impact on the environment, construction debris is recycled whenever possible. Biodegradable and recycled materials are always used when available. Integrating NAHB Model Green Home Building Guidelines with our construction process is a company objective.
